You're putting your faith into someone to do the job and at the same time not take you for a ride for all you're worth. Mark was that professional for us when our water heater went. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and his rates were very reasonable compared to others. It was a pretty extensive job. Mark ended up installing a combination water heater and boiler unit to replace the broken system and our ancient boiler. He left our basement better than when he started. We definitely recommend him and will be returning to him for future projects. "

"Woke up one morning and noticed that one of the zones of my furnace was off so I called several contractors, Hudson valley HVAC was the second I was in contact with. Mitch walked me through what we thought was the problem and was kind enough to offer to help me fix it myself in an effort for me to save some money. As it turned out it was beyond my abilities and in fact it ended up that four pipes burst. Mitch had one of his guys come over to get started on the work arrived at 11:30 a.m. Monday didn't leave till after midnight Tuesday morning and the job was done with great care to detail. I can't speak highly enough about Mitch and Nick at Hudson Valley HVAC. Not only was the price competitive the first thing they did was offer us heaters when they arrived because the house had gotten so cool. They were professional and personable and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services."

All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. "NS plumbing got the job done. But we had an issue w the water softener that he decided to go with. They leave to get the softener machine then they do the hook up. They added copper pipes (which were done well). They only told me after installation they needed to make a hole through the walls to reach an outlet. I didn’t mind but would have liked to know prior. The owner was ok with his knowledge about the how’s and why’s. Price seemed average. Paid cash for a small discount. Didn’t get a receipt. The unit they brought had a defect, so NS called the company of the softener and are using the warrantee to have a replacement part changed by that company. My first experience, so unsure if this is standard practice. In the meantime the unit is running and doing the job, but needing a bucket to collect the dripping water until the company of the machine can come and replace this part. Overall experience seemed good and would recommend them to others. Honest, timely, and fair priced."
