After we contacted one of the owners, we were send to a warehouse the next day to choose what granite we want to install, and then were told that they will install within a week. They actually finished it even faster than a week! They took old tops off, cleaned after themselves, put new ones in, double checked everything and then educated us on what can be used as cleaning agent, and how to clean. We met with both owners and always had a clear understanding of all options and the whole process. The process of installation took only half a day! "Originally I looked for contractors that could install the pavers, do the landscaping, build a covered porch, and install some low and high voltage lighting. In the end, I chose to split the contract up and give Legacy Landscaping the pavers, the plants, and the low voltage lighting. I did this because of price and because Legacy is a Belgard certified installer. They did an amazing job with the pavers. They were tolerant of several changes to the shrubs. Their craftsmen did a great job matching the look of our front porch columns. They had great suggestions for how to position the plants and the accent lighting."

I decided against using an on-line box store website due to poor quality issues, we needed something durable that could sit outside year-round and not worry about the harsh elements of the weather and something comfortable. Jeannie showed us a line by Patio Renaissance, we decided on (6) Dining Chairs from the Greenville Collection and (1) Dining Table from the Hampton Collection. It is absolutely gorgeous! We love it! Jeannie was able to have it delivered from the local warehouse, based on our availability or schedule for delivery. The delivery guys were very nice and cordial. "Justin and Elephas (not sure of the spelling—sorry!) came out to replace my panel and meter base. I’d recently bought a home that was built in 1976, and a lot of the features are original, including, unfortunately, the panel box outside, which had literally been tied back on by the previous owner when it came loose. Elephas did the initial estimate and was very kind and knowledgeable, showing me everything that was going on with the old panel, his recommendations for replacing the panel and breakers and the meter base together. I received a detailed estimate very quickly and when I called with questions about it, I was put in touch with Justin, their lead technician. He was knowledgeable and thorough and they got me on the schedule ASAP. Both Justin and Elephas came out to do the work. There was a bit of a mix up with the electric company getting out here to de-energize, and they did as much as they could to prep and set up while waiting, then they were efficient and thorough while working, and took the time to walk me through everything once they were done. They stated on-site until the power company came back and restored us, so they’d be sure we were all set. I feel very confident that the work was high quality and both men were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Good communication throughout the process, and anytime I had to call, I usually spoke with Skylar, who was also terrific — patient, kind, followed up when I needed it. I would definitely recommend Walker Electric if you’re needing electric work done."
