"OMG! This is one of the very best customer experiences I have had. God must have been looking out for me because another company wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount. I got on Home Advisor and started getting calls in minutes. Though I agreed to let someone else come out tomorrow, when I got this call from Veteran Garage Door I was compelled to let him come by. He was in the area and it was not going to cost me anything to have him take a look. Jeff showed up quicker than he or I expected. He was in, evaluated my situation, laughed at a previous quote, and said he?d take care of this right now for a fee I originally expected to hear. However, the fee was better than I expected. The work was quick and thorough. Then, I found that Jeff replaced a set of rollers because his opinion was they were worn out. He showed me the old ones and was absolutely on point. Jeff, you?re an outstanding man and a great repairman. I will highly recommend Veteran Garage Door for any issues associated with the garage door.
