"Challenging steep slope to navigate to correct lower walk-out level water infiltration along the slope including working around ALL utilities through the wall and a site sprinkler system. As part of their work they corrected a roof down spout and drainage concern not related to the waterproofing work. Absolutely no problems with their work or the restoration of the slope. They cleaned up after the work and even had an unfortunate diesel fuel spill on my driveway, they power washed its entire length of 130-feet. Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. "One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."
