"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

They gave us all options , were willing to work with us and when the time came to replace the unit, they were prompt, courteous and showed up on time. They has three installers in out place and they completed the work efficiently and in a timely fashion as promised. We got the Amanna HVACs and the Rinnai tankless system installed. They sent out their technician to help us with some problems we had post installation. Though they may be a bit more expensive (But not by much) from the other contractors, they were well worth the extra money. Will recommend them without any reservations."
