"The first impression of this company was bad. The first salesman they sent just didn’t seem to care much about my wants. Just bragged about how they were a big company. The dispatcher offered to make up for his poor performance by suggesting I speak to the sales director I agreed but didn’t get a call back. About 5 weeks go by and I got a email from horizon I responded to and within a few hours I received a call. On that call we discussed my plans to go with another company and they were welcome to match or beat their price. Then the sales director called me and apologize for the poor service. And offered to send another guy out said it’s not entirely possible to beat that price due to the difference in service but can try. The new guy came out the following Saturday and was much better than the first. He offered more knowledge and definitely was more geared to what I wanted in terms of comfort and energy efficiency. I went with horizon because they offered a 12 year labor warranty and made it clear that my system would need new copper lines to ensure the new equipment isn’t damaged by old oil from the existing system. The price was very competitive and they still honored a rebate after a day it expired. So far the system is running great the installation was smooth and the installers were nice and considerate considerate my complex installation. I knocked a star off because of the first impression."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
