Yesterday, we called Moody's for help as our A/C inside wasn't cooling; there was a problem in the attic unit. It was quite warm in the house and I had concerns of my father 88 y/o getting too hot, especially after having a surgical procedure. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Was overall pleased with the end result, just took a bit to get it done properly. Install was pretty drawn out and long, 12+ hours when we were told it would be around 5-6 hours, granted we had excessive weather temps that day. Trash and tools were left on the grounds and in attic, system needed added repair a day later to correct air leaks from install in the attic but it was handled relatively quickly. Employees were very polite, seemed knowledgeable. I had wished someone had told me sooner about a 3rd employee who came to our property later in the day, Concerned me to see stranger walking around our yard in whom I had not been introduced to. A/C seems to be working properly now. I think with a little better communication the company would have much happier clients."
