I had a couple of communication challenges with the project manager, but the John the owner quickly jumped in and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. I suspect the project manager was having an off week because he has received several other glowing reviews from others. After we contacted one of the owners, we were send to a warehouse the next day to choose what granite we want to install, and then were told that they will install within a week. They actually finished it even faster than a week! They took old tops off, cleaned after themselves, put new ones in, double checked everything and then educated us on what can be used as cleaning agent, and how to clean. We met with both owners and always had a clear understanding of all options and the whole process. The process of installation took only half a day! The crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offered helpful suggestions, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations. For example, we mentioned that the area behind our garage frequently got muddy but we weren't ready to commit to installing sod in the area. They suggested mulch and it has worked so well these past few months and looks wonderful! Plus our dog rarely tracks mud into the house now.
