"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it. "I wasnt happy with my existing HVAC Contractor so I called Air1 of Central Florida. Csaba came within few hours tested the system very methodically and diagnosed that drain pipe was clogged. He cleaned the pipe with pressurized nitrogen. His charges were reasonable."

"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

"This was the second time I have used Westbrook to service my air conditioner. I am very pleased with how honest and reliable the technicians are that work for this company. Never try and sell me on anything I don't need or want and perform the service quickly and efficiently. The technician went above and beyond today by fixing a leak with my blower unit. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it.
