He listened, looked, checked and tested and identified the point of failure, Replaced that part from his truck and the system is running again as it should. "If I could give a zero rating to the Service technicians and to the customer service representatives, it would be a zero. All they want is your $ and that?s what they took from us $2600.The techs were supposed to fully heat our basement. They damaged ceiling tiles and only put in 2 vents. I had to beg for another tech to come out and figure out what went wrong. He said that this should never have happened. A whole new system would have to be built to accommodate this or he could put a mini split in. He also said that now we will we will lose heat from upstairs bc they added 2 vents.This should never have happened. The manager said she could take half of what we?ve already paid if we agreed to update to a $7600 system.We cannot afford this. I asked if we could have any money back and she said no bc my husband signed for two vents and they did this.I asked for our money back. She refused. I asked for a refund on maintenance plan money. Nope.Heartless & cruel! She took no responsibility!"
