"The tech was really nice but quoted me over 1400 to reinstall our garbage disposal, dishwasher, and faucet. The next plumber I called said it is about 350 dollars of labor and will be out today. I am still shocked that they quoted me that much money. I would be cautious to use this company unless you have a lot of money to burn."

"Terrible company. Do NOT pay for a service contract with them for your home. My HVAC unit broke unexpectedly but due to old age, normal wear and tear from previous homeowners. Usual stuff. I got all the documents needed and sent them over and RWS underpaid my estimate by $7K. Have estimates of over $9K and they sent me a check for $2,144. I live in a very expensive area, you cannot just assume everything costs the same in every area of the country. Oh, and you will waste WEEKS trying to get in touch with someone to get an answer, a response, or some type of resolution. Meanwhile, you are paying them to help you with things like this only to receive less than a third of the cost of what you PAID someone to do. It's not worth it. Cheap company, terrible service, don't waste your time or energy."
