They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. "Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today."

"My elderly mother's 25 year old sump pump needed to be replaced and also her old electrical water heater is not working anymore. Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. She gave my mother the best mother's present in her life. Even though compassionate Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best estimate and honest plumber. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I requested Angi's member specialist two dozen plumbing referrals. I called the two dozen plumbing companies and then explained to them that I need an estimate for new Bradford White 80 gallon water heater and 1/3 horsepower PHCC sump pump. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Some plumbing companies gave me high estimates and difficult to work with. Most of the time, plumbing companies charge service calls with repair jobs. There were two companies that caught my attention, one was 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, advertised that they do not charge for service calls without commitment and the Peterman Brothers Plumbing Company advertised free second opinions. So I decided to include these two companies' estimates too. The owner of the 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Brandon gave me the best reasonable and honest estimate. Another plumbing company was $300 more than Brandon's estimate. I realized that out of two dozen plumbing companies, I found the two companies with the best estimates. When I called the Peterman Brothers Plumbing, they insisted to provide an estimate after they inspect the water heater and the sump pump. The Peterman Brothers Plumbing company sent Bradly to give an estimate. I didn't like to play games so I printed out Brandon's estimate and gave a copy to Bradly and asked him whether your company can beat Brandon's estimate. I was very surprised to Bradly's response that, "You want our company to do a charity work?" I realized that Brandon gave me an honest and very reasonable estimate to help out honorable Trustee Debbie and my poor elderly mother. I was very disappointed with Peterman Brother Plumbing company, I cannot imagine their high estimate. I was thinking if they want to give a free second opinion, they must come up with a competitive reasonable estimate. Otherwise, they will be wasting their time and the trips. Even today, I still could not forgive Bradly. Even though he inspected my mom's old electrical water heater and he took Brandon's estimate. When Bradly emailed me an estimate, I could not believe that he intentionally gave me an estimate for a gas 80 galloon Bradford White water heater. I contacted Bradly again and told him that he sent the wrong estimate instead of the electrical water heater estimate. He told me that he will send another electrical water heater estimate but he never did. Seemed like he wants to hide their high estimate. Honorable Trustee Debbie requested that she wanted to meet Brandon at my mom's house. I talked to Brandon several times on the phone regarding this project and the estimate, he was always so kind to help out customers' concerns, questions, and willing to go extra miles in explaining to me in details so that I could understand well. Especially being a woman, I am not that familiar with plumbing projects and products. I appreciated him even more when I met him in person. He was honorable, modest, nice mannered, and trustworthy man. On April 30, Brandon's crew plumbers showed up, they showed high professionalism and work diligently all day long. They only used premium quality materials and did an excellent job in installing the water heater and sump pump. My poor elderly mother's 25 year old home is somewhat neglected, especially, the bathtub faucet was worn out so I bought a new one in advance and I asked Brandon's plumbers to help install the new one and they did it even if it is not a part of their job. I also asked them to re-caulking around the bathtub and kitchen sink. They were glad to help me. Especially, I was concern about any leaks under the kitchen sink, I asked them to check it out and they checked it for me thoroughly and I really appreciate them doing that. I felt that Brandon's crew really cares about my poor elderly mother's situation. I was very happy with this project and I really appreciated Brandon, his crew and also compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this company to other homeowners."
