"I called for service around 8:00 in the morning on a hot July day. Roy answered the phone himself and we discussed the problem. He arrived around 3:00 that afternoon and was able to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. At my request, he also talked to me about some DIY maintenance items. Roy had a busy schedule but arranged to come back in two days to do the needed repair. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule two days later and how the A/C up and running in under four hours. In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit."

"I started noticing that it was costing more to operate after the other company came out to do a 6 month clean/service on the unit. In the spring, the unit was not cooling the house. I called the other company, and the same guy came out. He explained to me that a bunch of costly items had failed and that the unit needed to be replaced. "Hope Plumbing came out on Wednesday for a toilet repair. We believed the toilet to be leaking from the tank bolts, so Domenic replaced the tank bolts and also (3) valves within the bathroom, installed a Delta faucet and installed a new flapper in our other bathroom toilet. After testing the repair repeatedly, Domenic left for the day. We discovered yet another leak right after he left our house, and we contacted Hope Plumbing who put us in contact with Domenic. He was not very far down the road and was gracious enough to turn around and help with this new problem. Upon inspection of the toilet, we decided it could not be fixed (a small crack in the front of the bowl) , so he arranged to have a new toilet installed the next day. He came back the next morning with a new toilet, took the old toilet away, and the installation went very smooth and quick. We will hire Hope Plumbing for our future repairs!"

"Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today."

"They said it will take one hour or more to get here. It turned out that the repair man had to come in from Greenfield. He checked out everything and determined that the detector was at fault and my furnace was safe. I had just had a repair job on it weeks before, but this was $100 well spent."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Since purchasing a yearly maintenance contract with RT Moore last year through Angie's List, I have had RT Moore out to service my furnace and most recently my air conditioner.  RT Moore recently contacted me about renewing my yearly maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system.  So I scheduled the visit and the Service Technician, Rob, arrived on the job.  We discussed what was included in the maintenance contract and then he began to service the air conditioning unit.  After he had completed  the planned maintenance, he alerted me to a situation with the air conditioning unit, it was overheating and drawing too much electricity, which is an indication that the unit was failing.  We discussed options at this time.  
Last year (2013), the RT Moore Service Technician and I discussed what would be a good replacement unit and approximate cost to replace.  He indicated that the current unit was definitely on "borrowed time" and thought that I could go with a similar size unit 2.5 ton or potentially upgrade to a 3 ton unit as the current unit was undersized for the house.  The price quoted was noted on the invoice for future consideration.  
Well, it was now a year later and time to replace the unit.  When the RT Moore Service Technician quoted me the current price, it was substantially less than last year and I was pleasantly surprised.  I okayed the replacement and they came on a Friday and replaced the unit and I am very pleased with the new system.  
Overall RT Moore is an excellent company to do business with and their technicians are prompt and courteous.  The two gentlemen that replace the unit were very efficient and left my house and property in a clean and orderly manner.

"My elderly mother's 25 year old sump pump needed to be replaced and also her old electrical water heater is not working anymore. Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. She gave my mother the best mother's present in her life. Even though compassionate Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best estimate and honest plumber. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I requested Angi's member specialist two dozen plumbing referrals. I called the two dozen plumbing companies and then explained to them that I need an estimate for new Bradford White 80 gallon water heater and 1/3 horsepower PHCC sump pump. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Some plumbing companies gave me high estimates and difficult to work with. Most of the time, plumbing companies charge service calls with repair jobs. There were two companies that caught my attention, one was 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, advertised that they do not charge for service calls without commitment and the Peterman Brothers Plumbing Company advertised free second opinions. So I decided to include these two companies' estimates too. The owner of the 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Brandon gave me the best reasonable and honest estimate. Another plumbing company was $300 more than Brandon's estimate. I realized that out of two dozen plumbing companies, I found the two companies with the best estimates. When I called the Peterman Brothers Plumbing, they insisted to provide an estimate after they inspect the water heater and the sump pump. The Peterman Brothers Plumbing company sent Bradly to give an estimate. I didn't like to play games so I printed out Brandon's estimate and gave a copy to Bradly and asked him whether your company can beat Brandon's estimate. I was very surprised to Bradly's response that, "You want our company to do a charity work?" I realized that Brandon gave me an honest and very reasonable estimate to help out honorable Trustee Debbie and my poor elderly mother. I was very disappointed with Peterman Brother Plumbing company, I cannot imagine their high estimate. I was thinking if they want to give a free second opinion, they must come up with a competitive reasonable estimate. Otherwise, they will be wasting their time and the trips. Even today, I still could not forgive Bradly. Even though he inspected my mom's old electrical water heater and he took Brandon's estimate. When Bradly emailed me an estimate, I could not believe that he intentionally gave me an estimate for a gas 80 galloon Bradford White water heater. I contacted Bradly again and told him that he sent the wrong estimate instead of the electrical water heater estimate. He told me that he will send another electrical water heater estimate but he never did. Seemed like he wants to hide their high estimate. Honorable Trustee Debbie requested that she wanted to meet Brandon at my mom's house. I talked to Brandon several times on the phone regarding this project and the estimate, he was always so kind to help out customers' concerns, questions, and willing to go extra miles in explaining to me in details so that I could understand well. Especially being a woman, I am not that familiar with plumbing projects and products. I appreciated him even more when I met him in person. He was honorable, modest, nice mannered, and trustworthy man. On April 30, Brandon's crew plumbers showed up, they showed high professionalism and work diligently all day long. They only used premium quality materials and did an excellent job in installing the water heater and sump pump. My poor elderly mother's 25 year old home is somewhat neglected, especially, the bathtub faucet was worn out so I bought a new one in advance and I asked Brandon's plumbers to help install the new one and they did it even if it is not a part of their job. I also asked them to re-caulking around the bathtub and kitchen sink. They were glad to help me. Especially, I was concern about any leaks under the kitchen sink, I asked them to check it out and they checked it for me thoroughly and I really appreciate them doing that. I felt that Brandon's crew really cares about my poor elderly mother's situation. I was very happy with this project and I really appreciated Brandon, his crew and also compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this company to other homeowners."
