He did a very thorough job taking measurements and proposing a system to meet our needs. His proposal for both a new Trane heatpump system and a new water heater was very reasonable so we accepted his proposal. He was able to schedule the installation for the next day! Josh and Lance arrived early the next morning prepared to install our new systems. They were very professional and friendly and did an exceptional job. Josh made sure we understood how our thermostat worked and how to care for our Aprilaire air filter. I highly recommend Elliot and his crew with Cincinnati Heating and AC! I also recommend a Trane system. It's miles above our old system. It runs so quiet that my wife thought it had stopped working until I held her and next to the vent so she could feel the air. :-)"

I called the manager/owner to explain that while I was satisfied with the work product but was very disappointed that I didn't trust them enough to welcome them back into my house. The manager said he would research it and follow up with me but I never heard back. The concerning part is that these people were in my house for close to five hours. Who knows what else they helped themselves to. As I said, very good at their job but unfortunately don't trust them at all."

"I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."
