"Paul did an excellent job. He came out the same day and was able to fix our electrical outlet in the laundry room. I was so relieved. We were having to run an extension cord from the garage to the laundry to run the washing machine. He found the cause of the problem quickly and resolved the issue. Now we are back in action. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

"We were referred to this company by a friend who was doing some exterior trim repairs on our home and noticed a rough spot on the roof of a home we had just purchased. Joe Taylor contacted me and scheduled a roof inspection on our home. Most people don't expect to get a good report on their roof and to be told that there are no repairs needed, but that is exactly what Joe's inspector did. We were pleased not only with the results of the inspection but in the honesty, professionalism, and friendliness of the inspector.
