They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "Darrow and his team did an excellent job! During a 100+ degree heat wave, our 2nd floor A/C failed. My prior A/C man had recently retired and I was scrambling.... reviewed Angie's List and made several calls. In several cases, I found myself as caller #10 in the queue. Darrow took the call personally, however, and was able to see us late that day. As a businessman I'm used to moving slowly, assessing, considering alternatives, etc. On this occasion there was no time, had to go with my gut. Mirsky Heat & Air really came through. They spent several hours (6-9pm) testing different options but ultimately found the compressor required replacement. They were able to return a day later and install the replacement. Their price was fair, Victor (his associate) was extremely knowledgeable, their work was first rate... and their response during a crisis was a life-saver! "My old water heater started to leak bad and I felt that it was time to replace the unit. I called Water Heaters Only and the process from start to end was great. Customer service over the phone was cordial and professional. The two reps, Mike and Mario that came to look at the old unit were also professional. They were knowledgable and educated me as much as possible on a tankless option. I immediately felt comfortable working with them and decided to move forward with the installation/replacement. The process only took a few hours. Unfortunately, the leak has caused damage to the adjacent drywall and living room floor that I need to remedy next but I now have a brand spankin' new tankless unit!"

"Never having had air vents cleaned before I was a little unsure of how it actually worked and have nothing to compare this to.  I liked B very much, he was very helpful on the phone and while he provided the service.  He offered good suggestions and tips.  He seemed very professional, arrived when he said he would and finished an hour or so sooner than he thought he would.  He was responsive to questions before during and after and seemed to know what he was doing.  He did spend some time in his truck talking on the phone but I did not feel it impacted the service he provided.
The amount of dust raised by this activity drove me out of the house for over an hour.  We all developed bloody noses over the next few days although I ran the ventilating fan for well over two hours.  I am assuming that this is a normal part of having vents vacuumed out with a giant hose but I was not prepared for it!  I don't think that this was the fault of the service provider but it would have been nice to know before hand which is why I am posting this here.
The price was high but not out of the range of what other providers quoted to me and seems to me to be appropriate given other quotes.  I give $$ a B only because 3 days after I had the work done there was a deal for the same work for about $300.
