"The old well above-ground water pump stopped working and they responded promptly with a submersed replacement. The old piping was pulled from the well and replaced with new piping and power cable. The old water filter holder was difficult to use and not secured well; they replaced it, relocated it to free up basement space and fastened it securely to the wall. The pressure tank was also moved to a better location to free up space. The plumbing and electrical were re-routed. The pressure switch and pressure gauge were replaced. They were very cooperative and accommodating to my suggestions and wishes. The cost was reasonable."

"Perfect! Prime Plumbing answered on my first call and scheduled plumber to come out and inspect job and offer quote. I accepted immediately and the scheduled the job for exactly when I asked. The plumber, Donald, who came out to inspect and quote the job also did the job. He installed a new natural gas line and manifold, set up the pressure test for the county inspector, hooked the line up to BGE's meter after they ran the outside line, and then connected our new gas dryer and vent to the outside. He also supplied and installed a new sanitary sink and water supply and waste lines in our basement. His work was perfect! The price was very fair and competitive. "Very well. Was accomplished by working a 12 hour day. Minimal impact of water turn off ( a few hours only) and no electrical disruption. Great service in locating new unit in footprint of previous tankless hot water heater which drained into sump pump well. Heat is very efficient and does so much quicker than previous system which had no circulating pump and took up space at opposite end of the cellar. Purchased larger unit (only $200 more) since planning an expansion of one room addition which now has one radiator. Replaced old piping with multple shot off valves in the event another zone needs to be added in the future."
