Just one day to take the old furnace away, replace all the old boots and duct work and install the new furnace. They paid a lot of attention not to damage or dirty the floor/carpet. "I have an old pressure relief valve replaced today. the service person was great, and the installation went really well. My main complain was the price after I did an online comparison. usually, the PRV installation will cost around $500 on the high end, but Bell Brother charged me $1600 since the new valve does not fit the old pipe, and they needed to redo the pipe. My family has been using bell brother for many years, we trusted their workmanship, but the markup is just too steep to justify. I definitely learned my lesson, for small jobs, will use home-advisor instead."

"We had David and his team install a new mini-split air conditioning/heating unit in our upstairs. From start to finish he did an excellent job! He worked around our busy schedule, showed up on time, completed the project and cleaned everything up when done. Couldn’t be happier with his work. He even took time to cover my guitar collection so it wouldn’t get dusty during construction. Biggest challenge was finding the proper 220V wiring (house was built in 1937) and installing a new circuit breaker in the panel box. Everything works great! They arrived on time and gave an opinion of the job after inspecting the system, including the dryer. They also suggested the replacement of the dryer vent pipe since it had a hole and much lent had developed. They even secured a new vent pipe and installed it. They were truly professionals.
