"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"Phoenix Home Services just finished their fourth major project on our home. We now have a wonderful front porch that is a dramatic improvement in the house look. We are already enjoying sitting out front and watching the world go by and interacting with the neighbors. The team working on the porch were great to have around. They were all completely professional, polite and very energetic. Clint, Steve and Brian were the main points of contact and at least one of them was at our home every morning to check progress and help with on-the-fly changes and adjustments. The rest of the team seemed more like a family than a work crew. We were completely comfortable leaving the garage open for them when we had to be away from the house. When the project was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned up and looked great. We also had several smaller interior pieces of work done with the primary porch project. They were completed with the same attention to detail as the outside work. We had done several previous home renovation projects and my only regret is that I did not have Phoenix Home Services on the first job. "We have been planning to upgrade our deck from lumber to composite TREX for quite some time and FA Outdoor Spaces was the only company that offers three options for decking- refloor, facelift and new deck. Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking and they worked through some bad weather days safely to get the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommended."

"I didn't have a great experience with HAL Co. They take FOREVER to return calls/emails. The day they were scheduled to come replace my fence they no-showed and I had to call the office around 4 pm to find out they weren't coming because a job was running late. The rescheduled installation was a day I was in the office. The crew said the outlet in my back yard wasn't working, so they left without calling me or ringing the doorbell to ask about it (the circuit just needed to be reset, which my partner at home could have done). I didn't find out until several hours later when the office called to tell me the crew had left. The fence finally got installed, and a few days later a neighbor found nails in two of his tires. The crew claimed they performed a metal sweep of the area, but now the neighbor is trying to get me to replace his tires. Finally, the gate latch got damaged somehow, possibly in a storm that happened a few days after the fence install, and HAL wanted $130 to replace the latch. I bought a latch kit off Amazon for $30 and did it myself."
