Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. I was extremely pleased with Rob's work as well as his friendly demeanor. At my request Rob provided a referral for another job I needed done in the house.

Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"Juan was very thorough throughout my entire project. I had originally called him to check out a leak my downstairs neighbor was complaining about, which turned out to not be entirely my fault, and it was uncovered thanks to Juan.. My neighbor was trying to force me to pay $1500 for damages which were also coming from other parts of the building.. That being said, Juan came and took the time to inspect all of our bathrooms and was able to determine that this leak could have come from anywhere, saving me a ton of money.. (Turns out my neighbor just needed cash and needed someone to blame.. ) Nonetheless, after this incident, I trusted Statewide to come over and take a look at my 29 year old heat pump, which was installed way before I moved in and was even born.. I called Juan, we set up a date and completion time for the installation of a new one and I am truly satisfied. He calls every now and then to make sure everything is okay and even provided a year of warranty. I also was provided the warranty paperwork from the manufacturer in case it was needed.. He is always available, unlike other plumbers I tried to reach out to previously, which gives me the peace of mind and feeling that everything was done with integrity. Juan and Statewide will be my plumbers for as long as I own my apartment and I definitely recommend him."

"Bob and his sons were very professional and punctual. They cleaned my wall to wall before I moved into my apt. and returned for no additional price to clean after the moving men finished. They used a quick dry process and even made some excellent repairs on the carpet. The wall to wall was light and it really looked great when they had finished. Bob also did an amazing job with my area rugs, which looked much more vibrant after the cleaning. The sofas also cleaned up very well.I would recommend this service very highly."
