"Very professional. My dryer had been running very hot, and I thought it was time for a new dryer. Wanted to replace the vinyl hose so that installation could take place. So I called Murphy's, who came out two days later. They inspected the current hose, and replaced 1/3 of the vinyl with steel (the other 1/2 couldn't be replaced without cutting through drywall.
