"Had water in basement which I was pretty sure from the condensation pump. I tried making appt with company that installed the a/c but they said a 2 week wait. Went on Angie s list and found AMS who said they were also booked but would try and squeeze me in at end of day if service calls were short. Called back at 4 PM and said a technician would be over. Martin was the tech and extremely courteous and found the problem. It was the condensation pump and needed to be cleaned of blockage. He was in an done within 35 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Pretty sure I spoke with owner originally so both the owner and technician are 5 star in my book."

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak.Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"
