"My first instinct about this job is that it required two persons to do correctly. After the professional serviced my distillate pump and then said he would blow nitrogen through the exit tube, the results were very temporary. After I replaced the pump (gaining, perhaps, only light to show there was still a problem), I determined that the line was totally blocked. Not yet sure how I will replace, as I am too old and heavy for attic crawling; have a length of reinforced clear tubing set to arrive tomorrow. I think heat and 18years melted the old tube shut."

My system is fully working now and I’m very pleased with the work that they did. Ezra is a great communicator person that made sure to inform me about any stage that he completed during the work. His office staff are great too and they always returned my calls within a normal time after I left a message or an email."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
