"Yeah, my experience was great. The windows were so good and clean, that I almost banged my face against it while walking through the door. Then he gave me all the information about how to clean my windows. So, this makes it easier for me to clean the windows, so they do not get spots. It has been three months or longer and my windows are still pretty gorgeous."

"Everything was perfect. I left a voicemail and he called me back within minutes. We discussed my problems and he understood my computer gibberish. He came to my house to pick up the laptop. He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.

"They came out and they did an excellent job. They are very professional and everyone seem like they knew what they were doing. There was no wasted time or motion. They trimmed the trees very nicely. They got a machine that takes care of the limbs and they clean very well. I'd definitely use them again."

"CHW was a bit of a nightmare. First the person they arranged was a no show. Then when the repair person I arranged showed up and tried to submit diagnostic for approval the claim number wouldn't work. i called and spoke to 3 different people who gave three explanations and finally the 3rd person fixed the glitch. Meanwhile a repair that would have taken an hour or less, took two hours because CHW didn't provide the right information or solutions. So I paid the extra hour out of pocket that the "waiting" cost us. I could have paid $100.00 less without CHW. I am not really very happy with the company. But, stuck as I prepaid for several years..ugh!"

"They were wonderful! We had them hang pictures and heavy mirrors which
they did very carefully, being sure they were placed properly in studs
in the wall. I couldn't have asked for a more professional team to do
the work. They also fixed a hinge in my pantry door so it is now
working perfectly and not catching anymore on the door. This company
will now be my go to guys for home repair.
