"We had a great experience with aqueduct. We were able to get them out on short notice to fix a pipe that had burst on Christmas Eve. We had such a positive experience that we had Clayton come out again and redo that entire section of piping (cpvc to PEX). It ended up being a pretty extensive job but he knocked it out within a day and even added some additional insulation to help avoid from future freeze ups. One additional thing: being able to book Clayton online for a specific time window was so helpful. we didn't want to bother with calling folks on Christmas, so his website made it easy to book a time slot without having to wait around to call and then wait to potentially get a response, being able to book online helped us avoid all of that! The workers showed up promptly on the first day to start the work and every day thereafter. "Can't say enough good things about Fitz Mechanical and Chris. I smelled gas near my dryer, and BGE came out and confirmed a leaky line. They shut off the gas, so I called Fitz. The woman on the phone was super friendly and sent Chris to my house right away. He happened to be nearby finishing a job. He replaced the bad flex line and the old shut-off valve, which BGE recommended. He also secured the dryer vent pipe, which kept randomly falling off despite my efforts to secure it over the years.
