"This company has great customer service. They are quick and responsive.
We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).
We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.

"Prompt Service with Good Customer Service. We purchased a complete central A/C Unit replacement w/a 9 duct cleaning package w/3.5 ton Rheem. Would've gave 5 stars but, the duct cleaning which was supposed to be done the next day took weeks to show-up. However, I'd still recommend them overall."

"I had my complete 4ton air-conditioning unit replaced by East Coast AC & Refrigeration and I was extremely satisfied.
