I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

"My 30+ year air handling system failed. Mr. Holmes knew that this part of my system was probably done with. He tried a couple of parts that did not work. He had to leave for another appointment, but took a photo and did some research. His suppliers told him that this handler did not exist any more. However, one supplier found one on a shelf, and could ship it, but would not guarantee performance since it was so old. Mr. Holmes gave me an option of getting and installing the air handler or replace whole new system (new compressor unit and updated air handling unit) with a 10 year guarantee. I mulled it over and called him back and opted for the whole new system. Bart came back out, evaluated what I needed and gave me a quote. Bart was able to obtain the system on Saturday morning and a crew and the whole system was installed and running by 3:30 PM on Saturday.
