"I cannot say enough good about this appliance repair company. I called them to come fix my 12 year old LG front loading washer on Thursday, January 31. Tristan was at my house within 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do to problem solve to try to fix it that day. He discovered that the pump failed, and Tristan was able to get the part sent overnight. He was back at my house at 8 AM the next morning to install the pump. It is working really well, and I hope I can get some more time out of this excellent washer. "Really to me it was a waste of $99 - shows up after we had to reschedule comes to the door I show him the work he then has to go back out to his truck to get his tools - if you are coming to do a job would you not arrive prepared to start immediately - seemed like a lot of time was wasted by explaining things and not getting to the problems - I wanted 1 socket fixed that was not done - asked him then to look at other things and was pretty much the same thing... lots of talk not much action or repairing..."
