We were able to mail him the broken part instead of him coming to the house. This saved us a service call. When it came time for the repair, he came when he said he was going to, and was quick to do the fix. The shutters look like new!"

"Authentic Blinds & Shutters is the actual company that did the work. I like that they did not charge for coming out to give a quote. At first it started out as a shutter repair, turned out the shutters were too old and required replacement. Within a week the shutters were built but turned out to be slightly too big. Within a few days, the new shutters were made and installed. Andy was pleasant to work with. Should I need any other window coverings, I will be sure to call him. "
