"I do NOT recommend using this company. They were hired to install a mini split in my Shore house family room. Here is what I experienced: 1) A job that was projected to take 3 days took 5 w no communication/explanation, 2) ACE left the job site early every day (1-3PM), instead of completing the work on time and efficiently, 3) The team broke my garage door opener and did not inform me until the last day (only after I discovered it). I had to reset the code. It had been that way for days and the team was accessing the house thru the side door, which was left open, 4) Originally, I had one thermostat to remotely control the upstairs AC and heat. When the job was finished, they had installed 3 thermostats (only one was remotely controlled): 1 for the mini split (manual), 1 for the upstairs AC (manual) and 1 for the upstairs heat. Note a previous contractor (Air Technical Services) installed a new boiler and was able to get the heat and AC on the same remotely controlled thermostat. "
