The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
