"We hired this company to level an almost 60-year-old concrete patio slab. The company was very responsive and did an excellent job leveling the large patio. When they asked what we were going to do as far as a decorative layer on top, we were all ears for suggestions. We wanted to do something interesting but hadn't really thought it through. Mike helped us envision a thin-layer decorative over-coating and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate. We picked a date to start the project, but weather considerations quickly got in the way, as it was late Fall. It became a little bit challenging to work with the company to finally schedule the work the following spring, but when a date was set, and the weather cooperated, the crew eventually came out and did a fantastic job with the decorative coating. They were very flexible regarding our vision for the project, and worked with us at each step of the project to make sure we were involved in all of the artistic decisions, and as a result, the patio looks even better than we could have imagined. We spend every possible moment enjoying our new patio now. We felt very comfortable working with Stabil at every step of the process. We look forward to working with them again in the near future on a second patio space that we would like to refinish, and would recommend them to anyone looking to level their concrete, and/or update the look of their hard-scapes. We definitely plan to hire them again."

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. This was done even though we had had a rainy period during the construction. They installed sod to assure our party could take place without any inconvenience. "I have a 28 year old asphalt driveway that needed to be resurfaced. He was prompt providing a quote at a fair price compared to three others. His crew did one day of prep work consisting of digging out crumbled/cracked areas and edging the entire 300' driveway. The next day they applied 2" of asphalt and did a perfect job with great attention to detail. Then they cleaned up the whole area and it looks great. "Mike S. and Brittany run everything and they were very professional and warm people. They gave me the best quote, scheduled everything and were on time for the estimate and the job. Mike explained everything that he was going to do outside and inside and answered all of my questions and concerns. They did not cut corners, were very thorough, not only with the waterproofing job but took great care to make sure that they were neat and tidy and cleaned up everything afterwards. Mike J. helped with the project and he did an amazing job digging around the external wall and sealing the crack. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within a few days of me calling which I was very excited about. I feel comfortable knowing that the outside and inside walls were both treated. "I wasn't happy with him at all. He wanted his money before I had a chance to see the final product. He wasn't honest with me. I told him before he even started the job, I said that job has to be finished when I'm here to see the final product. He agreed to that. Then, the day that he was due to finish, I said, I'm not going to be here. He goes, trust me ma'am, I've been in business blah blah, blah. I'm on Angie's List and my rating is blah, blah, blah. Against my better judgement, I left him a check and the work when I quickly looked at it, it looked alright. upon further inspection, they had messed up and they had put a big hole in the back of the concrete patio. They had fixed it but they did such a lousy job of fixing it, I had to hire another contractor and pay him $200 to fix what they did. The concrete he did for my driveway is already cracking and he just did this work in 2013. I would never recommend him to anybody. He came in over budget which was alright, I accepted that. He did come back to the house. Where I asked him about the area where ti look like he had thrown grout or something in this big hole it had been in, I wish he had told me upfront where we put a big hole in the base of your concrete and this is what we did. He didn't tell me, I found it and asked him about it. I said, I think that should be smooth though and that looks terrible. Oh no, I'd leave it along. I just went and hired a guy that's sort of an all-purpose handyman that I knew. It took him four hours and he charged me $200 to smooth over the big clump of it looked like grout to me that the guy had just put over to cover the big hole. The only nice things I have to say about the man is that when I asked him questions, he did come back to my house and looked at the concrete. He was polite but I just wasn't happy with the work he did."
