"This company performed an installation on my high end gas/electric range before COVID. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The natural gas regulator was not installed directly to the back of the range as it should have and could have caused a serious catastrophe since the safety feature would not have engaged. The wiring was also not installed properly according to the instructions, without the proper junction box cover/attachment point. There are several other reputable companies in the Nashville area to consider."

He then wanted to re-rout some electrical wires for better performance. WOW! This guy really knows what he is doing. When he finished he cleaned up and even put in a new septic tank lid. I thought the price was a little high but for all of the work he did I thought it was correct.
