Danny was able to squeeze us into Blue Star's full schedule at a time that worked for us and called before the visit for clarification about the problem, and after the visit about how things went. John called before arrival to let us know about exact timing, and was very thorough in investigating the problem and then explaining the situation. After consultation, he was able to repair our system. John also discussed what to look out for in case there are problems in the future. We have had our AC unit serviced regularly by other companies, but we will never use those other companies again. Blue Star is superior in every way! Cannot recommend highly enough. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"This auto repair shop is hands down the best, most professional auto repair service I have ever come across.  This is a family owned business that has operated since 1987.  Though they have only worked on two of our cars and we have just become customers, they were professional and took care of the problems with ease.  The first day we had a problem and drove in off the street.  We didn't have an appointment and they were fully booked, but they fit us in between appointment, solved the three problems we were having and had us out within an hour and a half of arriving.  Cost was minimal.  The next day I brought in my car and through diagnostics they determined a very extensive and expensive problem with my vehicle.  They were honest and upfront and were willing to support my decision based on whether to do the work or not.  We determined with a phone call to my dealership's service department that I was covered under warranty for these repairs.  ABS Unlimited sent me with the diagnostic information and told me to call them if I had any questions. Few, if any, other shops would do that for a customer who certainly wasn't a regular yet.  The dealership proceeded to screw me and each time I called ABS Unlimited they would answer my questions as if I had been a long time customer.  I appreciated that and will now throw all of my business to ABS Unlimited for all of my auto repair needs.  This is a good and honest business.  Now in their new location next to Home Depot at the Fairfax traffic circle, they will draw more business for people driving by.  I highly recommend this auto repair shop.  Competent, trustworthy and reasonable.

After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List.

Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way.

He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport.

Michael has been very well mannered, friendly and helpful to us and we are extremely happy with his service.

"I had requested estimates from several companies on having a disposal repaired or replaced, but only Jiffy replied, and they did so almost immediately. They scheduled to come at the first time I was free. I received a phone call when the mechanics were on the way to my house and they were on time. Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions. Based on what I paid 10 years ago to have the prior one installed, I'd say this was a little pricey, but it's working fine, and I'm very glad to have it taken care of."

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."
