They came out as scheduled and took down all of the blinds and carried to their shop and promised to have them returned the evening of the same day. Because they are wood blinds they had to be hand cleaned. 

They returned the blinds the same day and re-installed them -- although it was quite late due to the number of blinds. We are very please with the results, especially considering they had never been cleaned and had dust build-up.
