"I could not recommend this company more, they are amazing! I have a 3 month old infant and we are in the process of renovating our house... Due to this we moved into a rental, not knowing there was an existing moisture problem in the house. I reached out to AdvantaClean since they had did work on my other home and had concerns for my baby and the air quality. They talked me through the warning signs of mold and I was able to decide to go ahead an have a mold specialist come out to check the rental... and mold was identified! I scheduled and they were out to do a duct and window cleaning in the same week. I can not say enough on how knowledgeable and professional Sean was throughout the process and how much I loved the technicians Marc and Alan. (They were the same team that was at my other house three years earlier!!) "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
