The original install was regular piping underground which rusted and cracked open. I called RAM and they diagnosed the leak and dug up entire line and ran new gas line with 2 new risers. "Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left.
