"I can't help but wonder if the overpriced service wound have been cheaper else where.The provider came and gave an estimate for the services. Basically, they are a middleman between the provider of the actual service and the consumer. Highland was very prompt and everyone came to my house at the stated time. The service provided was decent and quick; however, a few days later my husband noticed some issues. The hinges on the closet door were installed backwards; still work but awkward. The door is slightly too big to close easily. The service provider was very nice, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. <br />"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
