That night, a discovered a growing puddle around the water heater, that was running down the side of the tank from a pool at the top. I called a local plumber who we had used before (and even texted photos of the water heater to them), but after two days of no call back even though I left a second message, I called Green Air Solutions. Jeff called me back immediately, and despite that it was dinner time, and I told him it wasn't a dire emergency), he was over at my house within a half hour.
