"Salesman was on time and called on his way to let us know when he was going to show up. Saleman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He only recommended extras such as waterproof pad as we have two small children and a dog. Recommended carpets that wear well. Salesman was not in a hurry and very helpful. Installers were courteous and on-time. Worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. We only needed to do a small amount of vacuuming as a few stray fibers were around. My wife noticed a bump on the stairs and they fixed it immediately. Also, the lead installer inspected the job and corrected a minor seam issue near our marble fire place. Overall good job, quick sales call, quick installation. We were not looking for cheap carpet and feel we did get what we paid for. No hidden extras, fees or taxes."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
