More importantly, they possessed people skills and were always courteous. Key management personnel, Tony and Bill, created an initial evaluation of our needs and prepared estimates that were negotiated and approved by our insurance company... a major concern that became a relief. After the work for the day was complete...they always asked us if we wished them to vacuum the pathways they utilized. To all readers of this review, this is not a common occurrence during a home remodeling and restoration project. The final restoration is a sight to see and enjoy. We are now...two happy campers, who have been sleeping in our living room and are currently returning to our bedroom.
