"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."
