"Bobby from Horne was professional and punctual. He showed us pictures of the old furnace and explained what we would need to repair or replace. We did not feel at all pressured to go for the most expensive unit. During installation, air got into the gas pipes and we had no hot water to fireplace. Horne responded and had techs out immediately to solve the problem. We have signed maintenance contract with them also. I have an acquaintance who is in the building trades and he also recommended them and spoke of them as one of the best HVAC folks in town. A+"

"We used the same company last year and very happy with the services and the cost. One of the HVAC unit stopped working on the weekend. I called Mike in the morning and he said someone will be there in the afternoon. Danny the technician was here in the afternoon. He was very professional and knowledgable. He fixed the problem in 15 mins. Since we have a warranty for all the appliances, Hvac units, i dont know the actual cost yet but i think its under $100. <br />"

To replace part under warranty, was quoted $1400. For a covered part. When I asked for a break down of quote, I was not given one. I have asked for over 3 days with no response. Spoke with owner Zeek, who claimed he would get back to me. He has not. The system tune up, is a joke, if you do not have problem with your system, it is of no value. I believe it is just away for the company to find something wrong and rape you on the cost to fix. When called out on how they arrive at a price for repair, company refused to break it down, for parts and materials. Since the part was covered under warranty the bulk of the price is labor. I found a competitor to do the work for just under $700. The same work Acosta was charging me $1400 for. Buyer beware of Acosta."

"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump.
