"Our water is hard and I stressed that to our estimator (salesman). We also have a 4-6 family household and 3 1/2 baths. Everything says 64000 capacity softener. We were assured the 24000 would suffice and get the job done. We put in a brand new bathroom. We have 1 person using it and have had company over the holidays where another has for 2 weeks. We clean weekly but see the pictures because the remodeling person who uses the same and recommended Pure Water Source says this shouldn?t be happening. I told them once the system wasn?t working properly but they said absolutely nothing wrong. Does this hard water spots look like soft water? How about that meter?"

After that he got right to work. He didn’t maintenance, and ran the generator to make sure everything was in good order. He asked if I had and questions about what he had done or anything at all generator related. He then finished the paperwork, shook hands and left. He was friendly, courteous and professional. "The master of the dishonest upsell! I have had 4 interactions with this company and the most recent left me shaking with anger. At least the first 3 times they sent someone out they were friendly and lied through their teeth. Jeff Sxxxxxx was nasty, aggressive, and unprofessional. He took everything personal and would not repair a part broken by a previous employee of auchinachie because how is that fair to me? He would not honor the warranty I was promised because apparently the previous plumber had been lying about that. He made me feel unsafe, taken advantage of and like a fool for ever trusting them. Every other interaction has been one of constantly adding money to the bill with no warning and so they were kind. When I finally asked them to honor their commitments, I was told he was there to help me but was not going to help if I had an attitude about it."
