"Douglas is great. I had Bonney come out first they wanted to put new pipe in for $2000. I called several other plumbers they all said new pipe up to $3500. My washing machine was backing up when emptying and ever plumber said new pipe. Douglas said he could send the camera down and check it out. He ran a snake down 3 or more times, each time running the camera down until pipe was clean and clear. He put new trap and clean out for washing machine machine. After cutting away the wall board he put it all back together like new. Don't waste your time call Lagos first off. He is honest, friendly and confident and does GREAT WORK."

The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance."

I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him. "
