The house has high ceilings, is not insulated, and is therefore very drafty. Their patience with us as we took our time deciding our best options was remarkable. They made multiple trips to inspect, suggest, review and explain the plan, as well as answer our enormous list of questions. In addition, their financing plan made it able for us to afford such a large expense. The folks in the office were quick, helpful and patient. The installation crew were quick, clean and also patient, as mentioned, we had many questions and concerns and the crew included us in every step of the installation process. We are one of the few companies that people can call where you actually get a Master Plumber to perform the work. Other companies are often too large to send out a Licensed Master Plumber; consequently, the customer doesn't receive the quality of work that they deserve.

"I paid them $1000 to replace pipes under the house which they said were old and needed upgrading. I guess they acted like they fixed it. The next time I called them for a clogged shower drain he said he wouldn't charge me becuase he admitted to me they took my $1000 and didn't fix my pipes and I guess he felt guilty. One time they installed a new toilet and said "uh that'll be $400." And they sounded surprised when I was like ok. They knew that was ridiculously high but could get away with it because I was a young female and didn't know any better. I gave this exact same review on nextdoor.com. The owner called me and listened to my story. She looked up the service invoices and saw the invoices for this "work". She asked how she could make it right and apologized for my experience. She said she'd get back to me and refund me anything that I overpaid. Instead of doing that, she reported my bad review on nextdoor and got it taken down. So that's how they deal with bad service."
