The company far exceeded my expectations.  The price was great, the service was as exceptional.  Every aspect of this installation was as professional as could be. The gentlemen who actually did the work arrived on time, were neat, polite, thorough.  There was no doubt they knew their trade.  When bringing trades people to the house, one always expects to be "sold". Even though the price on this sale was an amazing bargain at no point did they try to convince me to purchase any item or service.  While examining the air-exchanger, the employee noted my furnace cover was loose, and proceeded to tighten it although this was clearly not part of his task at hand. I was impressed.  I recommend this company with no reservation.

"I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
