"they are nice and honest people. they will tell you step by step what is the real cause of the problem and they will evaluated it to find a great solution to fixed the problem. in my case it was a sabotage made by previous oil company that automatically delivered my oil. they found out that there is water on my tank that needs to be taken out. I called a company that is an expert to do that job and after that I contacted VIP HVAC who do the amazing job that fix the problem in my furnace. "I had my 20 year old HVAC replaced entirely by AAA. I am writing this review after a few months to ensure I get full use of both the air conditioner and central heat. Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. Also did several follow ups after the work is done to ensure satistfaction."
