"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"He, himself, arrived at our scheduled time and was professional and informative from the get-go. He tested our water and confirmed it was pretty awful, which of course, we already knew.. we just didn't know how bad. He made some suggestions and we were completely sold on his advice, confidence, suggestions and knowledge. This company is not a high pressure sales company.. in fact, there are no sales tactics at all and they're proud to share they do not have commissioned sales people at all. They're confident they can offer a product and service that pretty much sells itself. We purchased a replacement for our water softener with a unit that really tackles well water issues with a vengeance. We also purchased a reverse osmosis system for our kitchen sink and ice maker. One tech arrived a week later and replaced the softener with the new magical one. Another tech arrived to help with the completion and installation of the osmosis system. They did a great job, answered lots of questions and advised that we'd see instant results in the cold water and once the hot water tank was empty with existing water, instant results there too... in maybe 5 days. It only took 4!! WE LOVE OUR WATER and no longer hold our noses when showering or brushing our teeth. We no longer race out to buy bags of ice when company is on the way and we can actually drink water from the filter water from the kitchen sink for the first time ever. Never would we do that before!! What a difference! We're more than pleased and working with this company was worth every penny. Don't hesitate to call on them for better water. They know what they're talking about."

"I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat  cycle  less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it.  All my concerns were answered  with professionalism and respect.
Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater.  We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections.  Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds!
Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes.  Very efficient.

"The installation went well,but afterwards I not getting any water pressure. I was calling the back out complaining, because I thought it was the water heater. The owner Chris came out and was relentless on finding the problem, which was not the water heater,but the water softener. I was not fair in the beginning , giving this company full consideration because,they were a referral and I had not heard of them, but I will not hesitate to use them again for plumbing need. "I had two fairly large holes in my ceiling where a kitchen light had been replaced. Michael repaired the holes and even though the fresh paint did not match, the ceiling is repaired and I can now give the ceiling a fresh coat of paint. I had water damage in another room on the ceiling and down wall. He repaired and painted the wall and repaired and painted ceiling. Stains did reappear on the ceiling in the room with water damage and he came out and added another coat of paint to cover it up and it looks great. Michael Cleveland was prompt and professional."

There was a bit of a rocky start trying to get on the schedule and nailing down communication but that was due to unforeseen circumstances that were not CHR's fault.  John was nice to work with and Mike did a great job finishing the new drywall i had installed in my master bedroom/bath/closet. This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job.
