"Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik."

"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. ".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"The job took a couple of hours because Conrad had to go get a part, but he took care of it and the water dispenser is working great. He removed the old hose and setup and replaced everything with all-new parts. He drilled a new hole in the floor so that the hose would be lined up right. "I had two fairly large holes in my ceiling where a kitchen light had been replaced. Michael repaired the holes and even though the fresh paint did not match, the ceiling is repaired and I can now give the ceiling a fresh coat of paint. I had water damage in another room on the ceiling and down wall. He repaired and painted the wall and repaired and painted ceiling. Stains did reappear on the ceiling in the room with water damage and he came out and added another coat of paint to cover it up and it looks great. Michael Cleveland was prompt and professional."

There was a bit of a rocky start trying to get on the schedule and nailing down communication but that was due to unforeseen circumstances that were not CHR's fault.  John was nice to work with and Mike did a great job finishing the new drywall i had installed in my master bedroom/bath/closet.
