"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

Edwin 'had extensive knowledge about each of our systems, and was able to troubleshoot and provide us with various courses of action. The attic heat pump was replaced and he was very fair with his prices. They did an excellent job, and sympathizes with his customers. He replaced the system on a Saturday."

"I cannot say enough of the service, expertise & care of At Your Service. You couldn’t ask for a nicer or a better bunch of guys/team for all your HVAC needs & servicing. I contacted AYS in 2025 for a 2nd opinion of my 20-plus year old system. Jason from AYS arrived the next day & spent several hours inspecting & analyzing my unit. Bad news...it was shot. They could do minor repairs to keep it running as long as possible but I needed a new system. As my finances were tight, I approved the repairs. "I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout.
